Today was a very sad day at the yard, Solar had to be PTS as she fell down in the field and couldn't get back up again as she was so old and too weak. TW and the other beans went and as with her in the field to try and help her be up but it didn't make an difference. I liked Solar, we used to have our feet done at the same time and I would always try and talk too her but she was too grumpy! RIP old girl.
Even though she was sad TW said we had to go for a wee ride to help my muscles. The weather was shite, reet windy and rainy s we just went over the road as far as the big buildings with Brack and TGTM. Brack was all keen today, said he was feeling good after his massage, daft old focker.
After our hack we all got to stay in the stables for a bit while the beans went off to watch some show jumping nonsense. I was lovely and cosey and tbh was a bit disappointed when they came back lol. Me ad Brack trotted all the way back to the field and made the worrier run with us hehehe them stinky gals were behind us and we had to make sure we beated them!! As soon as TW let us off in the field we cantered proper sharp down to the grass then had t wait for TW to move the posts. GRRRRRr!! We forgave her though cos she bought us some hay and straw later too.
