Proud

It was an interesting day today. TW poo picked and messed with fencing while we broke fencing and cantered and trotted about bucking and kicking. She just laughed and rolled her eyes. Te black clouds were loitering and the wind was blowing so we all stayed snuggled in the bottom corner.

TW decided I was coming in, the Duns were not impressed they couldn't come in too. Into the stable, nibble of hay, brush, tootsies picked out yada yada and then into the school for a nom. All of a sudden Mildred appeared and before I knew it I was on the nob and we were off! Jeez!! I shouted and shuffled and then got comfy and ready for a trip.

We stopped a wee while later. Hmmm. A big yard . Horses and boxes and jumpies everywhere. Tack on with minimal stressing then off we went through into a busy yard , TW hopped and and we trundled through to a school. I did my nice snorty Arab impression but was a good boy.

So we had a lesson. Bleddy hell it's been a long time. I did some good attempts at being scared of jumpies and geese and horses but TW stayed calm and I had to bend and circle. Grrrr. It's alot harder for me to bend left. Annoying. Circles and circles and circles. I was very good. Some trotting. Then the heavens opened and eventually we had to have a break. Gah. TW and the teacher wanted to stay huddled in a stable thing. I preferred to stand outside and chat to a big grey. TW was sad as the saddle was soaked. Tough mucker.

When the rain stopped a bit we had round two. More trotting, circles and then a bleddy canter on both reins. Again left is alot harder for me, TW had to bend me left and then I managed it. She needs to work on her stoopid legs though, everything moves up when she puts her leg on. FFs.

I think I did well. The teacher said we have a nice relationship and I'm a good boy. SOme other ladies were admiring my good looks too. They keep talking about dressage shizzle. Hmmmmm. TW says I can have my own thermatex though. Bonus.

Back on the nob, baxk home and out to the boys. They were most jealous. Excellent.
