Jeez Louise, today TW lunged me after work. She put sme music on the iPad and I trotted like a show pony, round and round and up and down and over poles. She was impressed. She has something she wants us to go to in July but shes worried it will be too much for me. Brack suggested if she drop a few pounds it would probably be ok but then what does Brack know?
